At Club Louise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Refund Process
Contact our customer support team at info@clublouiseamsterdam to initiate a return.
Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Shipping costs from the original order are refundable when original order is returned in full.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@clublouiseamsterdam.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
